AccessMedicine (http://www.accessmedicine.com/) is a McGraw-Hill website that provides a vast library of medical information about diagnosis and treatment of disease conditions. A series of usability studies was conducted to quantify and improve the ease of use and the usefulness of the website for medical professionals and students seeking answers to clinical questions. This presentation will cover the method, results, and subsequent improvements that were made to the website.
